Applicable only if:

•🛠️ Product arrives damaged or non-functional
•🎨 A completely wrong product is delivered
•📦 Order is lost in transit
 

Report within 48 hours with:

•📸 A full unboxing video is required for the verification purposes 
•🧾 Order ID + contact details
•✍️ Brief description of the issue

•A free replacement, or

❌ Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products that:

•Are customized (name, number, text, color, design)
•Match the details provided by the customer
•Are rejected due to a change of mind
•Are incorrect because the customer entered wrong text/variant/model
•Are “not as expected” in terms of feel, size, or appearance
•Fail delivery due to:
•Wrong address
•Customer unavailable
•Customer not responding

 

Normal 3D Printing Characteristics

 
These are natural and not valid for returns:
•Visible layer lines
•Minor stringing
•Slight surface unevenness

⚠️ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • 🚫 Customer spelling/text mistakes
  • 🚫 Size or color expectations not matching personal preference
  • 🚫 Minor 3D printing marks
  • 🚫 Wrong address or delivery refusal
  • 🚫 Change of mind after production
  • 🚫 Claims made after 48 hours
  • 🚫 Claims without a unboxing video proof

🔁 Re-shipping for Failed Deliveries

If a package returns to us due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address
  • Customer not available
  • Delivery not accepted
You may
  • 🚚 Pay for re-shipping, 
  • ❌ Forfeit the order (no refund)

🔄 Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order only:

  • Within 30 minutes of placing it
  • If production has not started

Once printing or packing begins, cancellation is not possible.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video during delivery.
It helps in verifying damage or wrong-item claims.
